هذي عرفت معناها بس ما عرفت اركب جمل عكسها .....

هذا كله اجتهاد ويمكن تكون لها مدلولات ثانيه.....(اسمي رديت على الموضوع)

عاد كل واحد يدلو بدلوه في الإجابات ......وفعلا جمل عجيبه.......وان كان بعضها مفهومه
واذا تبغى الاجابات مؤكده ما فيه مشكله راح اعرضها على استاذتي وهي ما راح تقصر وانا ادرس انجلش وكثير من الكلمات اعرفها بس لما تطلع لي الجمله غبيه اشك في نفسي ....

بس قلي تبي او ما تبي يعني لا اروح اتعب نفسي وتطلع مو ضروريه.....؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

أخي فعلا هناك بعض الأخطاء في السبلنج..

محاولة جيدة يا أخت ماكس .. بس للأسف هذي مصطلحات لاتفهم أبدا بتحليل معاني كل كلمة وإنما لها قاموس خاص يباع في المكتبات. عموما، أنتظر ردي قريبا

Most of them are proverbs

i.e

Don't count your chicken before they're hatching
I think it means not to hasten.

hi there is something wrong in word number 20

20- a friend in need is a friend of deed .

الصديق وقت الضيق

and the word in english is also wrong

the true is

THE FRIEND IN NEED IS A FRIEND INDEED

COUNTRY BOY

Please recheck your spelling, some phrases are misleading

I'll explain some

To pay an arma and a leg

تعبير مجازي مبالغ فيه

Example: He payed and arm and a leg to save his beloved mother.

و نعني بها أن هذا الرجل ضحى بكل ما يملك أو قد يكون باع منزله أو كل ما يملكه حتى ينقذ والدته من مرض ما

Out from a frying pan, and into the fire

تعبير مجازي

Example: The prisoner tried to kill the guard, but he could'nt, and the guard had vengeace on his mind, so we can say he went out from a frying pan, and into a fire.

هذا المثال يوضح معنى الجملة

فقد حاول السجين قتل الحارس و لم يستطع و هذا أغضب الحارس الذي أراد الانتقام فلذلك أخرج نفسه من ورطة و ووقع في ورطة أكبر

Don't count your chickens before they are hatching.

يعني لا تستعجل في اتخاذ القرار قبل أوانه

Don't cross your bridges before you get to them.

كالمثال السابق:

لا تخطط لشيء قبل أوانه

a friend in need is a friend indeed

الصديق الذي تحتاج اليه و يخدمك هو صديق حقيقي

و ليس صديق وقت الضيق

A man home is his castle.

يعبر عن مدى ارتياح الانسان في منزله مشبها بيته بقصر حيث قد يعزز و يكرم
