أخواني و اخواتي أرجو منكم مساعدة اختكم في هذا المنتدى
عندي مشروع مادة الباسكال و أريد من يساعدني في حل هذا المشروع و جزاكم الله كل خير اختكم مايا

السؤال

it us given matrix A(n*m)
with integer elements.
You need to:
1- creat a file consisting of elements of the matrix
2-if present this matrix as containing from four equal parts change the places of the rectangles
Display the result of soulution in the graphic mode


To solve this problem use the next procedures and function's
a- a procedure to read a matrix elements from a file
b- a procedure to change the places of two rectangles
c- a procedure to display result matrix.
