Having error when install FFXI: Treasures of Aht Urhgan

Ok Guys my problem is when I try to install FFXI: Treasures of Aht Urhgan it wont install a message pop up saying I haven’t install FFXI so I need to install it to install Treasures of Aht Urhgan but I already installed FFXI with 2 expansion packs

Can anyone help me

اذا هذا السبب
لازم تشتريه اوروبي نفس الفاينل مالك او العكس
ان شاء الله فهمتني ^^
