I actually loved the topic but you know some experts say that many people cling to gloomy ways out of habit, they also said that happiness is 50 percent genetic, which means you won't change a frown face for too long

It's very difficult to transform the old pattern of thinking
and to change one's character.
but with faith in Allah
and some self-confidence
