problem with browse email page in ps3

hi every one
im having a problem to open hotmail page in ps3 brwoser
they tell me after i put the email and password (im puting them wright)that i should have internet explorer version 7 or more
another sites like gamespot or ign i can open ,only hotmail im having this problem,so what shouid i do.

اخوى اول شى لازم تسجل بى الموقع وعاده يطلبون اثناء التسجيل السريل نمبر تبع الجهاز ويطلبون معلومات
شخصيه عن محل الاقامه والسكن والعنوان البريدى والافضل ان تدخل صفحه PS3 التابع للمنطقه التابع لها وانهى الاجرأت وبعد ذلك ادخل الاميل والباسورد الذى ادخلته اثناء التسجيل تدخل على الصفحه .
