hello everyone
whenever i want to turn off or reboot my computer an error comes out it says that "CticketManager is not responding" and it wont turn off until i press end now
so what is CTicketmanager? and how do i fix it
the full name is CticketManagerWin and its in .exe format
please help me

Salam,
first off go to control panel/Add remove programs, there find for a program called tickemanager or what u said it was,if it was there just uninstall it, if not then do the following,
Start/Run
type msconfig
a window will appear u click on the final tab called "Setup" in the list menu that will appear for the cticket manager and uncheck the checkbox near it,and beware that it might be a virus or spyware so check your antivirus software.
