In Charge , In Charge of = To have resposibilities , affairs , Control
Example :
I'm in charge of my brother , He Coulnd't even moves his legs .
I'm in charge of overseeing the new plan .

break a leg sensei = good luck sensei
Take a bow = To accept the applause ,oftentimes by bowing to the audience
example :
At the end of the Fiesta , The singer took a bow

As easy as pie: it is very easy.
Going with the flow: to take things as they come.
Grab a bite: to get something to eat.
Finally,
Sleep on it: to take a day at least to think about something before making a decision.
