The Fifth one is

The man who was hung today did not answer ,"They'll kill me either way", he said .
He was cought embezzling public money,so he has'nt any hope for mercey

Its obvious from this paragraph that the crime is of embezzlement so No.3 is out....see simple

The next paragraph

The man who is always quietly smiling to himself said "I am happy for I will soon be with her

You all know that if any one killed some one even hard hearted one he will felt with shame or somthing espcially when the person he had been killed are so close to him!
From this we know that the man in paragraph might kill some one close to him may be his wife and he felt guilty for what does he done and he want to catch her ...so by killing some one he make a crime and this crime is crime of murder and No.1 is out....

The last Two paragraph is nothing.....

I do not wish to dei.
I long only to return home.
but I know it is not to be.
Though I have done nothing this crime has been thrust upon me.

Of course I know his opinion will change nothing.

If you read it carfully you will catch somthing

Now this is the piont ...when the man mattered he told as the reason for his capturing in the prison he siad STRUCK.
The mean of this word is to hit sharply as with fist,weapon and hand...so its simply tell us the crime
The crime is of bodily injury and No.4 is out....So smart, Don't u think?

So The innocent one is simply the man who never mentioned and he is the man with crime of counterfiet and No.5 is the right chioce
