واللي اعتقد انه خرق لحقوق الطبع والنشر

هم يرون ان في ذلك انتهاك لحقوق الطبع المحفوظه لشركة كونامي .
طبعا التصرف هذا من ميديافاير او غيره من مواقع الرفع لم يعد غريبا بعد الدوامه التي حصلت بالعام الماضي بين اعضاء مجلس الشيوخ الامريكي
بسن القانون اللي اسمه SOBA , وطبعا هذا القانون يفرض اشد انواع التحجير بالنسبه لـحقوق الطبع .
طبعا القانون بالنهايه تم رفضه "بعد ما تتطبق جزئيا على مالك موقع ميجا ابلود واللي بدوره خرج منذ فتره بسيطه "
لكن كان الحكم عليه غرامات فلكيه بالاضافه الى مصادرة جميع الممتلكات والسجن 25 عام
الخلاصه من ذلك , هو ان مواقع الرفع صارت اكثر حذر من ناحية حقوق الطبع اكثر من ذي قبل , وبعضها وصل للتشدد خوفا من طرح القانون مجددا
ما ساعد هذا على الحد من انتشار اختراق الحقوق الملكيع على ما يزعمون .
وانا رأيي الشخصي ان مسأله المكافحه صارت اكثر عشوائيه فقط ﻻ غير .

طيب مافيه سيرفرات قوية مثل اللي بامريكا وغير قابلة لقوانين الامريكيين التعبانين
