sonic Adventure 2
Kart Race 1P
Beat Route 101 or Route 208 to open 1 Player Kart Race.
Kart Race 2P
Beat either Kart Race Action Stage (Route 101 or Route 208), and then beat the other to open 2 Player Kart Race.
Clean Pause
On controller A, pause the game and hold X and Y to clear the game of the pause screen.
Chao Gardens
Raise a Hero or Dark Chao to unlock their respective Hero or Dark gardens.
Hero and Dark Races
Unlock the Hero Garden, the Dark Garden, and beat the all Beginners’ Races to unlock two special race modes, Hero Race and Dark Race.
Hero Boss Attack
Beat the game as the Hero Side to unlock Boss Attack in 1P Play. Boss Attack is a Time Attack against the Hero Side bosses.
Dark Boss Attack
Beat the game as the Dark Side to unlock Boss Attack in 1P Play. Boss Attack is a Time Attack against the Dark Side bosses.
Hidden Artwork
Insert the Sonic Adventure 2 disc into any PC CD-ROM drive to find the hidden artwork.
Last Boss Attack
Beat the game with the Last Side to unlock Boss Attack in 1P Play. Boss Attack is a Time Attack against the Last Side bosses.
New Chao Races
To open Jewel Race and Challenge Race, finish all 3 levels of all 4 Beginner Races.
New toys for Chao's
To win a shovel beat the 3 Crab Pool Races. To win an elephant watering can beat the 3 Stump Valley Races. To win a rattle beat the 3 Mushroom Forest Races. To win a toy car beat the 3 Block Canyon Races.
Play As a Chao
To play as a Chao in versus mode, beat all of Tails’ levels with a ranking of "A".
Play As Amy
To play as Amy in versus mode, beat all of Sonic’s levels with a ranking of "A".
Play As Big
To play as Big in versus mode, beat all of Eggman’s levels with a ranking of "A".
Play As Chaos 0
To play as Chaos 0 in versus mode, beat all of Rouge’s levels with a ranking of "A".
Play As Mecha Sonic
To play as Mecha Sonic in versus mode, beat all of Shadow’s levels with a ranking of "A".
Play as Tikal
To play as Tikal in 2P mode, beat all of Knuckle’s levels with a ranking of "A".
Unlock Boss Mode
Beat the Hero Side or Dark Side to access Boss Mode as the side you beat. Boss Mode allows you to fight all the bosses from that side in order.
Unlock Final Stage
To unlock the Final Stage, Cannon's Core, first beat the Hero and Dark Sides in 1-Player Story Mode, which will open the Last Side option in Story Mode.
Unlock Green Hill
To unlock a 3D version of Green Hill, you must collect ALL 180 emblems in the game.
Win Chao Ball
Beat Challenge Race #4, the “Small Animal” race, in the Chao Races. Get first place and you will receive a ball and an emblem. You will find the ball in the Chao Garden.
Win Chao Ball for Dark Garden
Come in first place in the second Dark Race to win the Chao Ball for the Dark Garden, The Chao ball will be in the dark Garden.
