These words are called HOMOPHONES because they sound the same but are written differently with different meanings of course

the other type is called HOMOGRAPHS, these are written the same but pronounced differently with different meanings

like the word TEAR for example

It could mean يشق
Tear the paper

or it could mean دمعه
Tears faling from my eyes
