I am writing this ticket to ask the progress of Nexon's investigation on my glitched Dragon Carabella sword. In ticket #00563434, I informed Nexon about the severity of this predicament that Nexon has caused me due to the item-lock expiration glitch, and Nexon has replied that the information has been sent to the proper department for investigation. This is a very old glitch, originating back to August of 2009. Now it is just on the verge of the new year of 2010, and I have yet to hear any news of such investigation.

I am still awaiting news from Nexon's investigation. Might I remind that Nexon is purely at fault for causing such damage with its defective locks from the cash shop. I had completely no control over this situation. I purchased a defective item unknowingly, and the irony is that the Cash Shop item meant to protect my item ended up destroying it.

I don't understand. Cash Shop items are supposed to be flawless in their implementation, and the way Nexon handled this situation is absolutely unprofessional. Nexon also did not reconsider recoding the lock to prevent such glitch. Instead, Nexon chose to adopt a new policy, that locks would no longer be unlocked, and ignores all the players such as myself who were adversely affected by this problem.

I am not the only one with this problem. Many others were affected by this glitched Cash Shop item, and we have all been supporting, long-time Nexon customers. I just wish that Nexon could return such support to its loyal customers. I hope its not too much to ask for a recovery for my glitched item, as it cost me quite the fortune to buy, a sum of 2.1b mesos. Please look into my issue and fix it, and if not possible, please discuss with me how much you're able to compensate me. Here again is the screenshot of the problem:

مليون , على حسب انا جربت معاها 2x + HS
و طلع معي 1,9m آي اكس بي .. و انا سمعت
انك تقدر تاخذ الأيكسبي من مستوى 30 و الطريقة
بسيطة تكلم واحد قوي جدا و تروح بس لازم تضرب
الـ BF يصلح لو كنت بومان او ثيف بس لو ما تقدر
