Also try using English with some one who talks English like if it is his mother language!
Because in that case you will have to say every tiny little word in English!

to be frank with u this is my own problem , but dear bro./ sist. you have to know that hisitating is not allowing any one learn any thing

do't be shy when make any mistake or errors what ever it is in

reading , writing , speaking or even misunderstanding in listening

try always to speak English and only English, don't use your mother tongue .

you have to find some native speakers , watching movies works , follow the news in BBC or CNN , I'm sure that such thing is very difficult but you have not to give up

read English stories that will make your mind store very large
don't care if others lough on you

write what ever you think about , that will help you remmembering the words when you need

translate what ever you see from English to your mother tongue and vice versa
