الأول : اعمل داونلود ل DirectX9 او النسخة الأخيرة منه .
الثاني صعب شوي :
In SideWinder Game Voice, click Game Voice Settings.
In the Settings dialog box, click the Advanced tab, and then click Run Now.
In the Sound Hardware Test Wizard dialog box, select your microphone and speakers in the Microphone and Speakers lists, and then click OK.
In the Sound Hardware Test Wizard, click Next to start the test.
On your desktop, right-click the taskbar, and then click Task Manager.
Click the Processes tab, and then determine whether there are multiple instances of Dvpsetup.exe running.
Click the first instance of Dvpsetup.exe, click End Process, and then click OK. Quit Task Manager.
In the Sound Hardware Test Wizard, click Finish, and then quit SideWinder Game Voice.
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.

In Registry Editor, expand the following registry subkey: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Direct Play\Voice\Audio Config\<Hexadecimal number>\<Hexadecimal number>
Note the following DWORD value options:
FullDuplex
HalfDuplex
MicDetected
Click FullDuplex, click Edit, and then click Modify. In the Edit Value box, type 3, and then click OK.
Click HalfDuplex, click Edit, and then click Modify. In the Edit Value box, type 3, and then click OK.
Click MicDetected, click Edit, and then click Modify. In the Edit Value box, type 2, and then click OK.
