ممكن مساعدة لو سمحتون؟؟

ممكن اتساعدوني انا عندي مشكلة في الدردشة الصوتية كانت تفتح عندي عادي والحين ماادري ليش ماتفتح الموقع يفتح عادي بس مكان الي انحط النك نيم مايطلع لي شي


يطلع لي هالكلااام داخل المربع (النك نيم)

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

عزيزي .. أولا اتبع هذه الطريقة :
من المتصفح لديك اذهب الى tools
Internet Options
Advanced
ثم بالأسفل اضغط على زر Restore Defaults

ثم انتقل الى ==> Programs
ثم بالأسفل ستجد زر Reset Web Settings
اضغط عليها ووافق على التغيير .. ثم اضغط أوكي مرة أخرى .

وجرب الدخول مرة أخرى الى المحادثة الصوتية .

اذا لم تنجح الطريقة أعلاه .. عليك باعادة تنصيب برنامج الجافا ..

ثم أعد تشغيل الجهاز .. وأعد المحاولة بالدخول للمحادثة.
