ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK ALREADY FOR GODS SAKE. I am not paying for 5k ping due to MESSED UP SERVER SETTINGS from Blizzards side. I am NOT paying to be ignored by admins when I need technical help. Its been 9 days. This is simply pathetic. Not a response from an admin, no reply to my email, and nothing about the tickets. YOU CAN FIX THE LAG. You did it last friday. NOW WHY DONT YOU DO IT NOW?! Im sick of these constant problems with the servers. Are they getting fixed or should we QUIT THE GAME ALREADY?

we in blizzard aware of this problem , and we just can't provide better support comapre to our service atm

our team working hard to slove this and many more problems in this game , we hurting our nose by puting our fingers into it to slove such problems , please respect what we doing here and give us more time to finish understanding the whole matter
