some thing that happened to me

i was sleeping and suddenly
i felt like some thing " like a hand or fingers "playing with my hair and suddenly i felt this fingers just at my abdomen and sliding to reach my chest untill it huged me and
i was screaming but without any sound
i couldnt shout
although i was able to move my hands
my sister saw me moving my head my feet ,hand but not moving my lips
i felt that there was some thing heavey as a mountine standing over my lips so i couldnt move them





that was the experience i dont want to have again





i asked my mum about it
and she said that she had experienced that before,,,,,,she call it yathoum or some thing like that
ooh ya .i forgot to tell that once i read ayat al kursi that feeling was just disappeared and i walk up sweating with high pulse rate just like when you do a heavy exercise

this is a very common phenomenon
where ppl get sth like a heavey entity over their chests
i have never experienced this
but my sisters have
they couldnt even move
they feel like they r dying
and it is called Jathoom
one of the Shai'7s said that this Jathoom is a jenni
though i remember hearing a scientfic explanation for this phenomenon
but i cant remember it right now
i wish it would never happen to u

wow I bet you've had a scary experiance
thank god that I did not try it myself but I've heard alot about it though
well, what I know is that there are two main causis of this state .
First,it happend because of Satan's (devil's)children because the person who had this feeling did not pray for Allah's secureness
so, in this case there are great solutions like performing ablution and reading Ayat AlKorsee

Second,scintest sayed that it might happen because that the subconsious mind got a sudden alert (like a loud voise)so it tries to wake you up while your consious mind is still sleeping so it takes time before you can move a muscle

In this case they suggist that you have to sleep in dark,quiteand comfort place and try to free your mind from any bad memories or ideas (becose it causes nightmeres which is definatley will alarm your subconsious mind

well I hope this is the last time you had this frightining feeling

regarding your english ,it is very god for a bigener and it is normal to
get spelling mistakes since it is not our tongue language but it is better to go back and fix the wrong spelling in our mind to be a real learners
