iam sorry because i forgot to write any introduction in my last poem

but i couldn't help it, it was too late and i had to go

hope u all excuse me if i did this again or before

at the immediate time i wrote a new one

We both know I won’t be here tomorrow

And we both know exactly what that means

It’s funny, I tried so hard to act like I was fine

But hey, things are never what they seem

I’m so sorry for doing this to you

And I'm sorry for any hurt I may leave behind

But look, this was my only choice

You should know I could never survive without my mind

My mind’s been slowly dying

And my control would have been the first thing to go

And then I would be standing here defenceless

With all my feelings left on show

You know I could have never handled that

I would rather you mourned me and my living lie

This way you will remember me the way I wanted

And so my lie will never really die

I’ve always known I would be the death of me

And I’ve known this is how it would be in the end

I’m so god damn determined, you see

And I’d rather snap than bend

I know you’re going to miss me

I know you are going to cry

But honey, I want you to know I’m happier this way

So I love you and good bye
