John Felix Anthony ولد في 23rd of April 1977 الابن الثاني من اخوانه الأربعه . كان أيام الـ80 شاهد اول مباراة هي بين : Hulk Hogan vs. The Sheik Match وحب المصارعة ..

واصبح بين اخوته Hulkamaniac . وكان يصارع أخوانه في سردابهم وكانت الحزام مطبوعه من الحاسوب ..

وحصل على الحزام المطبوعه بين اخوته .. وهو الوحيد يحب يستمع بـ Vanilla Ice,MC Hammer وكان يحب ان يغيب عن المدرسة هو عمره 13 سنه ..



في Ashburnham, MA استلم جائزة " الولد المثالي " وهذه الجائز يعطى لأفضل طالب بالمدرسة ..



وشعوره هو ليس الوحيد الذي يتجول في المدرسة ولديه اصدقاء ..



وسجل في كلية Springfield وأصبح وزنه هناك 240 وتخرج من الكلية . وذهب إلى California ودخل كمان الأجسام وحصل بعض الجوائز في بعض المسابقة ..



وأصبح مغني المقاهي وكان يتابع المصارعة ويتابع المصارعة باستمرار

ووالده غير راضي على ابنه متابعة المصارعة وقال اترك هذه اللعبة الضـارة لكن Cena ..


ما ترك المصارعة بل ترك رياضته المفضلة و هي الغناء وممارسة كورة القدم الامريكيه حتى يتصارع فدخل مدرسة لتعليم المصارعة دون ان يعلم والده فلوريدا وبعد ذلك والده عرف انCena يتعلم المصارعة وبدأت العلاقة تعود ورضى والده بأن يلعب المصارعة ..



دخل John Cena عالم المصارعة في California كان صديقه يصارع في UPW هو Ultimate Pro بدأ المصارعة في 1999 حتىJune 2001 حتى حصل على مسمى فيOVW وكان الناس تلقبه Prototypical . وحصل على حزام OVW Championship ..

وكـان في يوم من الايام كـانVinc حـاضر في الاتحاد وأعجب بمستوى Cena وأراده ان يضمه في الاتحاد WWE .. وانضم .

كانت اولى مبارياته مع Kurt Angle وخسر فيها


والمباراة الثانيه ضد Chris Jericho وايضاً خسر فيها

اول عداوة لـ Cena :

كانت مع Chris Jericho كان أول مباراة في Vengeance بينهم بعد أستهزاء Chris Jericho بـ Cena جعل Cena يفوز على Chris Jericho بالتثبيت القوي

وكان Cena مكروه وكان يرافق توو وبدأو في عداوه راكيشي وكانت مباراة بين توو ضد راكيشي وخسر فيها توو صعد Cena ليساعد توو فضربه راكيشي وبدأت العداوه وتم تحديد مباراة بينهم

ولكن في مباراة فاز فيها Cena

ودخل عداوه ضد Undertaker ولكن Undertaker يضرب ولم يرحمه

وكان فيه تصفيات للمرشح الأول في Back Lash للمباراة ضد Back Lash على حزام WWE وفاز Cena

بالغش واصبح المرشح الأول

وأتى موعد المهرجان Back Lash وكانت متساويه بين الطرفين لكن فاز فيها Brock وانتهت المباراة بفوزه وحافظ على اللقب


وعداوة Cena مع Undertaker مستمره حتى مهرجان Vengeance وفاز فيها Undertaker

ويوجد مباراة في في Smack Down ضد Undertaker مرة أخرى لكن Cena فاز بتدخل A-Train

ودخل تحدي ضد Eddie على اللقلب U.S للأسف لم يحالفه الحظ بسبب تدخل Big Show

ودخل عداوه ضد Kurt Angle وحصلت مشاكل بينهم وحددت مباراة بينهم في مهرجان No Mercy وفاز فيها Kurt Angle

ودخل في مهرجان Survivor Series 2003 وكان في المباراة مع Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, Hardcore Holly and Bradshaw وأصبح محبوب في هذه المباراة بعد ضرب Brock Lesnar بقوة ونفذ الحركة القاضية FU على Big Show ..


ودخل عداوه ضد Big Show حتى WMXX وكانت مباراة قوية وشيقة وبالاخير Cena نفذ FU على Big Show والجماهير حبته في هذه المباراة الكبيره وحمل العملاق في المباراة واصبح محبوب كبير ..

وتم تحديد مباراة بين Booker T vs Cena في مهرجان No Mercy 2004 على حزام U.S. Champion وفاز فيها Cenaأول حزام يحصل عليها هي : U.S. Champion

وكانت مشاكل بهذه الحزام وتم تحديد مباراة رباعيه في Smack Down وفاز فيها مرة أخرى وحافظ على اللقب

دخل مصارع محظوظ وجديد هو Carlito وفاز على Cena وحصل على الحزام

وغاب عن المصارعة شهر ..

وعاد ليعيد حزامه

وفي مهرجان Royal Rumble وكانت فرصته على الفوز لكن فاز فيها Batista ورقم John Cena "تسعة وعشرون"

وتم تحديد مباراة في Smack Down ضد Carlito على الحزام وفاز فيها Cena واستعاد حزامه


وتحدوه الكثير من المصارعين على الحزام لكن هو دائماً الفائز ..



ودخل تصفيات حتى وصل النهائي وكان ضده Kurt Angle وتم تحديد مباراة بينهم في No Way Out .. وكانت المباراة كبير واستطاع استحمال انجل لوك حتى بالنهايه نفذ الحركة القاضيه Cena وثبت وفاز بالمباراة ..



ودخل عداوه ضد JBL .

في مباراة ضد Jordan استطاع Jordan الفوز بالمباراة بمساعدة JBL بعد ضرب Cena بالكرسي وحصل Jordan على الحزام U.S

وغاضب جداً Cena بعد الخسارة وكره JBL وتم تحديد مباراة JBL vs John Cena فـي WM21 لـكن Cena لم يصبر وحصلت مشاكل بينهم وأتى المهرجان الكبير وكانت المباراة قوية وفاز فيها Cena بجداره وأصبح بطل جديد في حزام WWE

وعاد في العرض وشكل الحزام متغير نفس حزام U.S

وحصلت انتقالات وفجأة انتقل Cena ومعه الحزام وكانت مفاجئة كبيره بانتقال Cena وتحت تشجيع كبير من الجمهور

ودخل عداوه ضد Chris Jericho & Christian وتم تحديد مباراة ثلاثية في مهرجان Vengeance وفاز فيها Cena وحافظ على اللقب


لكن Chris Jericho لم ينهي العداوه واستمرت العداوه وحصلت مشاكل بينهم كاتحدي فرق وتعاون Eric مع Chris Jericho وتم تحديد مباراة بينهم على الحزام في مهرجان القادم Summer Slam وللأن العداوه مستمره
