yes in the last few year the presince of english language has increased vastly mainly because most of the modern industries or since require english language

      3. Do you think the use of the English language in your country is positive or negative? and why?

yes the english usage in any country -not neccecarly mine- is a posetive thing , because for the time being english is the language of the world as once was the arabic language in the golde age of the islamic nation

      4. If you live in a Middle Eastern country and are currently learning English or have studied English in the past, why did you do so?

as i said befour the english language is the universal lanuage of the world if you want to move forward in your life you have to be able to speak english fluently too

      5. How often do you use English?

sadly m, not as much as i would like to , mostly around the internet

difinitly english , because its the language of the world

      9. Do you think that other countries should learn arabic?

sadly due to teh fall of arab nations behind other naions theres no way another country would be intrested in any way to teach arabic , maybe individuals would be intrested but even thoese wont be alot

      10. Do you think tourists who visit middle east / arabic countries should learn arabic?

that tottaly depends on them , but if they speak english , most likely theyll get around fine , another obstical is accents if there gonna learn arabic in any kind of language school in thier home land there gonna be taught the plain arabic , but when they come to any arabic country they are most likely not to understand the diffrent accents like egyptan libanese kuwaiti tunisan etc

good work with this thread i hope other members would actualy answer these question instead of just ignoreing this thread

salam...and continue with your nice topic, dont copy and paste try to do your own work z

lol thank you bro for your answers
and to be honest with you the first five questions are not mine
but the first one and last five are

and the only reason i wrote them is to know how you guys think
because seriously i know english is the language that all the world speaks
but what really hurts me is the tourists who visit arabic countries and they dont even bother to learn a word and they expect us to speak their language so good

i will tell you something that my teacher said to the class
my advise to you never ever visit an arabic country
      the students asked why
she said because arabs are very stupid and uneducated they cant even speak english

i know i talk too much but i was just trying to show you my point
and thank you for your honesty i appreciate that
