Hello every one….Can I ask u something?Very important thing to me
If u have some one's very close to u and u want to advise him
To be more careful in his way with treating other people

For example … he's so honest personEvery thing comes to his mind go off from his tongue

And I see that his way with others's hearting them so much
But, it seems that he doesn't know about thatLike ((he don't have any idea about it))I want the best to my friend
what if he was very close person to me
I want to tell him…Advise himOpen his eye
But, I don't know how
Can any one help me?

in my opinion you might use one of his "example of treating people" as a door to open this with him. you migh say if he do this again: i thing you huert this person and if he ask why you see that then you continue telling him why and telling him some previous examples and you take the advantage of telling him how to improve that and be careful in future.
