As for PVP/PVE you got Frost/Arcane since its the most famous build for PVP/PVE by adding some awsome PVP talent points such as Frost Bite and Shatter

As for my self iam max dmg spec since its highely needed for Naxx
p.s : Crap for PVP and instances like MC and BWL due to the high fire resistance mobs in there or even immune on some.
