كل ما احاول استعمل Visa / Master card

احد عنده ذي المشكلة وانحلت؟

لها سنة تقريبا ++

أنا عندي نفس المشكلة ولما رسلت لبيزارد ردوا علي:

In order to restore the credit card payment option we ask that you please provide us with a readable scan or digital picture of the following:

* The authentication key used to create the account
* A utility bill (electricity or phone bill) which contains your name and the given address to be able to change the address.
* A photo ID (such as Passport or drivers license) of the account holder
* Credit card(s) used (the front of the card(s) with the middle 8 numbers covered for security)

If the card is not in the account owners name we also need:

* ID of the card holder
* A document stating that you are allowed you to use the credit card, signed by the credit card owner

أنا كان عندي نفس المشكلة ومشي الحال الان المهم أنا اتصلت ببليذارد وقلتلن أنو يفتحوا visa payment لاكونتي سئلوني شوية أسئلة وبعدين فتحوا طريقة الدفع .

الحل الوحيد هو الاتصال فيهم. انا اتصلت فوق ال4 مرات لين ما حلوا مشكلتي

ياريت تقولي متى تطلع لك الpayment method blocked عند استخدام أي خدمة بالضبط؟ (المشكلة كانت تصير لي فقط عند الpaid character transfer)

اذا مشكلتك مثلي بالضبط, اعرف كيف احلها ^^ بس خبرني أول.\


بس من الرسالة اللي ^ فوق باين انهم صاكينك بلوك مب بالغلط, يعني شاكين فيك أو شي من هالقبيل. أنا بطاقتي عطوها auto block في paid character transfer بسبب خلل في الخدمة ليس أكثر.

انا ودي اتصل بهم بس ما اعرف انجليزي ولكن ارسلت لهم رساله على البريد وصار له اسبوع ماردوا
