i dont really know much about shamans, i would suggest you read about shamans healing in elitestjerks or w/e was their name, dont have to follow their theories/tactics 100%, just get a general idea and change it as you see fit
then give a 10man normal a try to decide if you are ok or not
i dont remember much about addons myself, planning on start playing again, i need to find a package of addons for my priest... i wish i didnt get rid of the old one

there are few pieces you didnt enchant, and try to get enchanting higher asap to boost your rings
