i like her more than Maga-Gay, the lamest KOF boss ever, no offense to people who like him, but i'd rather have Cool Choi(the KOF2k striker) as boss than him, he looks so dumb....what happened to bosses like Goentiz Mukai and Rugal??? shion is much much better than him -_- sheesh

Mizuchi is hard
but Magaki is MUCH harder imo
he have fireballs everywhere
and even if you blocked his super...still takes crazy damage

I agree, Magaki is not all that in the character design
he looks like an outtake orochi design and his animation is crappy
i just liked his bg and the music stage.

I DIDN'T PLAY THE GAME BUT JIDGGING ON THE VID'S I SAW ....THE GAME HAVE IT ALL ......DON'T WORRY ....THE LITTLE THINGS HAS TAKING CARE OFF .


NEW SOUND SFX ....GREAT MUSIC ...NEW ANNONCER " LOUND ONE " . LOL ......STILL FAST BUT WELL BALANCED . UNLIKE THE BROKEN احم ONE .

if by graphics you mean the backgrounds
then yeah they are awesome...even better than the NGBC ones imo

and if you're asking about the characters sprites
they do look better, like how they do in ngbc..if you played it

and about the sound effects, they are MUCH better than 2003
the feel is different too

the annoucer is the same girl from KOF98
i think...or they sound very alike

All in all...it's one of the BEST KOFs i played
i don't have a ONE favorite
but XI is on the list of my favorite kofs
with 98 and 2002 ,2003

trust me it's worth the wait

shame on u =p u dont know ur own character's voice actress XD Blue Mary was the announcer in 98, heh in KOF 2003 it was Shingo/eddie =p, dunno about XI though, didnt focus much in it

seems like me u were disappointed by 2003 sounds, XI's effects and feel, fear not, the feel isnt just 2003 with new SFX =p

STILL FAST BUT WELL BALANCED

balance was something that KOF never fully had, there was always something that disturbed it, but the damage prorate system and saving shift aid the game's balance, we still dont know about if something abusable and cheap(i cant call gato cheap...just strong...not as strong as Kyo98 compared to other characters =p) but give it more time, and rememebr there's no such thing as a fully balanced game, there's always something annoying =p
