I think we can judge the most powerfull guy by comparing Nen
In my Openion tokoshitsu (Special) type nen is the best coz of utilizing all kind of nen with 100 percentoooo (i just love the way Ubogin said it when he died hehe )
So Kurapika +Kuroro are speciall type nen users

There are also 2 strong nen users in the series but Duhh !! they didn't mention what type of nen they use !!

Silva
i think he's a eirther Henka ((coz of the 2 energy
waves he made )) or hoshitsu
( Release) type but
if he's a special type then ai ai ai he will be one tough opponenet , same goes with Zeno i think he's a
control sousa type since controling that dragon

Irumi , Feitan , Sphinx they seem realy strong also but they didn't talk about their nen but i think sphinx is a Kyoka nen user
coz of his powerfull hands uhhh he almost cut killua's
legs !!! yare yare hehe

Still there is Hisoka , Jin Freaks , Kaito

but the most powerfull in my openion are
Silva , Kurapika , Kuroro
Silve = Last fight proved it
Kurapika = Tokushitso + his chain
Kuroro= he can steal other nen abilities uhh and dont think he was realy fighting silva with all his gutts No No No he was wasting time On purpose just to steal theri abilities hahaha so he wasn't
serious

The official torturador of the group, does not show any class of compassion,about hisNen technique, we only know the mysterious reference capacity to obtain data from corpses, reason why probably he is a
Sousa (control)Nen category

Phinx
Nothing has been said about his Nen and we have not seen many abilitis of him. The only thing we know is that he has a huge strenth considering that occupies 2nd place of most powerful of the group, after Ubougin,possibly he is Kyouka (intensification) Nen category

WoW am realy happy lol coz i guessed zeno's and the others's nen right hehe
I guess watching it in Japanese realy helped me after all lol
but am against feitan being a sousa type coz what's the thing he's controling ???
I think he's either a tokushitsu type or hoshitsu maybe he realeses something while tourchiring others
maybe kyoka also remember when he flixed his fingers while seeing the Inju ?? but not sousa thats my opinion

but you know something i was thinking about Kurapika , I mean if it wasn't for his healing abilities and the defense of his kyoka , ubo would of crushed him lol coz everytime ubo hits kura his arm breaks !!!
but althoug kura hit Ubo couple of times , Ubo didn't get hurt that much hehe
I guess kurapika's only weakness is that his body isn't as strong as Ubo , so facing an apponent with realy hight kyoka will make them exactly the same
but facing a realy high tokushitsu nen specilly if the opponent physical strenght is realy high i guess he'll loose !!!
