the idea can work, but it would be better to do it from the beginning of a new expansion, that way, ppl wont have better gear than each other as they gonna still lvl and all their gear is gonna be gimp
you will need an excellent strict but understanding guild leader, which you need for any guild.... so the guild would survive
trying to make a guild in the end of an expansion have low chance to survive even if it started
and if someone is still thinking about it, there is a way to make it work
you can have 2 guild, 1 for lower than raid lvl for ppl to lvl together and help each other get the gear and prove that they work for sake of the guild, not just to get cheap fast gear, then a guild for raid lvl that would accept ppl that proved themselves in the other guild, if not, they wont be accepted, like someone always ask for help in the lvling/gearing up guild, but never do help others, that person will be rejected
although i doubt many would accept that way as wow is going too fast paced lately, but it did work in vanilla wow when i joined a guild like that and was one of the best in the server as you "filter" the ppl who join :P
all this about "arabs are crab" is nonsense, its not about arabs or foreigners... if all ppl who kept saying arabs sucks in this forums didnt realize it... you are all arabs, and generalizing that arabs sucks, mean that you suck too.... simple as that
there are ppl who know how to play, there are ppl who ACTUALLY do play good, knowing something is one thing, doing it is another
like someone who know how to play, but dont attend raids or go late and bs like that
there are good players and bad players from all nationalities in wow, but the percentage off bad players is higher than good players again in all nationalities
thats why its easier to have a MIXED nationality successful guild than having arab or UK or another nationality guild, as you wont go for 1 source of players, and by that you will have more ppl you can filter from and only get decent players
there are ppl who dont have the money or the means to transfer servers, so the only sensable thing is to start from zero, with that they wont have time to start raiding ICC10/25 before hitting 80 and gearing up from emblems
thats why, again, i say its better to start such project from the beginning of an expansion, it would require a lot of patience too
