يا شباب ناس كثير قابين سب في قير سكور مع انة من افضل الاشياء الي تساعدك اذا بغيت تسوي قروب او ريد او غيرها لان ما فيه شي اسمة خبرة ما تقدر تعرف هذا خبير ولا لا ما تقدر الا تسأل عن القير سكور لان ما فيه احد يجيب قير بدون خبرة صح مو شرط لازم لابس عشان يصير عندة خبرة و اشفمنت تساعد كثيير عشان ما تجيب معك ناس ما يعرفون وش السالفة يقولك اعرف الفايت ما يفيد مقطع فيديو او شرح لازم تصير مجرب عشان تلعب

وانا اخالفك الرأي بالعكس الاشيجمنت يبين لك انه االلاعب اللي قدامك عنده خبره على الفايت.. ويعرف وشو يسوي.. مو يجيني واحد معاه 5500 gs ومامعاه ولا اشيجمنت ويبغا يدخل الرايد حقي صعبه شوي.. وانا عاارف بتقول كيف بتجيب الاشيجمنت اذا محد اخذك معاه.. احسن حل انك انت تسوي الرايد

Fully buffed, (flask, fish, all class buffs, ICC 15%), I had just below 45k hp. I had 0% dodge, and somewhere between 20-25% parry and block (you can see my unbuffed numbers by looking up my character in the WoW Armory - Maladroite, Arathor-EU).
- Lyssander, the offtank had around 40k hp with the same buffs.

لعبه لا راحت و لاجت والله الواحد يبي يتونس مش يصير الاشفمنت والجير هاجسه ويخليه يسب ويعصب على حاجات ما تسوى زي البعض
انا والله احيانا في الجروب او الرايد ماعندي مشكله في الوايب اول مره ثاني مره وثالث مره اهم شئ الوناسه واخرتها نفوز ان شاء الله

احلى شئ لما يكون الجروب كلهم مصرقعين لما يصير الوايب يسولفون وهاتك ياضحك لانها ناس عاقله ماخذه اللعبه تسليه وفيه بعضهم الله لا يوريك وجيهم مره ثانيه يصير وايب على طول سب وتشم ولعن واخرتها يا انسحاب يا كيك

gearscore, it simply tells you if the person was decent enough to get decent gear before attempting to join raids, with guilds or pugs, as you can get ~5.3k gs with emblems and craftables.
although you should make personal check to figure out if the guy has the right gear as in pve not pvp, and the right stats specially in gems, if so then the guy at least got an idea about his job, if he knows the rotation is something you will have to figure out from his dps/tanking/healing first hand

achievement tells you if the person did kill the boss before, if so, then that person at least has an idea of what to do and when to do it

of course GS and achievement doesnt mean the person got mad skills or even decent skills, its a way to filter lazy players who want to go straight from hitting 80 to raids with low gear that wont make them do decent dps even if they are the best with their job, and to filter people who didnt do the boss before as it increases the possibility for wipes

those are for pugs mostly, you dont want to go with people you dont know and waste time i assume, but if its a guild, and they accept you without achievement, then they can teach you as you will go with them a lot and even if you wipe, you can joke about it etc.

by that, GS and achievement are decent tools to make the life of the raid leader easier and make invites for raids faster/or slower depending on how strict the raid leader is, while aiming on lowering the chance of whipes by increasing the chance that people got a fricking clue what they gonna do and that they can actually do it

you cant ask a low geared person to do 11k dps on trash, and you cant expect a person who didnt do a fight before to do his job without fail as that person dont actually know what to do

the only real problems are that you need to gear up your alts, which takes time, and that you dont get the achievement on your alt when you get it on your main, just need to be patient and try to get someone who is desperate for members to start a raid and join

thats an unavoidable problem, ppl tend to ignore that those with lower GS would be of more need and try to get those with higher gs to join the raid, although the higher gs ppl would usually either be in a guild or they just want couple of stuff like emblems or a certain item and can bail anytime as they dont need much anymore
although sometimes ppl require higher gs ppl as they are aiming for more than 4 bosses, those i can understand
but imo shouldnt expect much from a pug to begin with, that is just wrong, thats why there are guilds, to progress further than pugs can
in the end, this is wow, there are casuals who dont care much about end game, and there are idiots who want to be boosted in end game, just join a guild or simply tolerate the idiocy of those demanding +5.5k gs for icc pug :P

صحيح تقدر بس اذا كان كلاس نادر احد يشاركك في القطع (يعني كلاس غير اهل الكلوث ^^)

على فكرة من فترة بليزارد طرحت فكرة اضافة جديده فى الجيم تخليك تقدر تشوف الـ ms للاعبين اللى قدامك ... اعتقد لو نفذتها يبقى هتكون عليها عامل اساسى فى اختيار اللاعبيين فى الرايدز و الله يكون فى عوننا كعرب ...

انا تقريبا اعرف الـ MS من الخاتم حق الروبتيشن حق icc يعني ماراح تفيدني كثير بالوقت الحالي

ومن ناحيت الاتشيفمنت وال قير سكور انا لوخشيت ريد وش كم واحد من دو اتشفي والقير سكور حقهم واطي صراحه اسوي ليف على طول ما راح اضيع saved على بوس ولا بوسين ^^

ومثل ماقلتو هي للمتعه عشان كذا ماودي انقهر على saved ^^
