Do you mean we pick up the links of the books only and put it, we put the links of the threads that have books' links, or we just add these posts to the reference thread as we do with the requests?

It shouldn’t be too formal, I’d choose a short but meaningful title,
Chipsa has this choosing-funny-titles skill, I’d like to hear her comment on this

Anyways, besides “Discussion Board”, I suggest calling it “Chitchat”
Stealing kit-kat idea, I’d say: “ have a break! Have a chit-chat”

i actually like your ideas. the 1st one is definitely must be done. as for the second one, i think if each interview had it's own topic rather than combining them all in one topic*, it would move the the forum more and create a kinda focused and friendly atmosphere... don't you think so?
