How to get Regice
To get Regice, first get Wailord and Relicanth, then go to Pacifilog town and surf in the currents untill you get to a place to dive. I can't tell how to get there but if you try you will eventually get there.
When you are down there, swim untill you see some dots at the wall. When you are infront of them you shall press B and dive up. Move forward in a opening in the wall and continue forward. when you are infront of a wall with more dots then the other rock with less dots, stand in´front of the middle one of the dots. Use dig there. Go in to the opening and put the pokémon Relicanth as the first of your party pokémon and Wailord as the last. Go forward and go to the wall with dots and click A. it willl say that you hear a distance door open.
Get out of the cave and get to Dewford island and swim up north. On route 105, swim west to a island with trees on it. There you just cross the small island and swim up north on the otherside of the island. When you get up to a island with a cave opening on it, go in there and click A on the dot wall. Stand with the dotson the screen for 1-2 mins and the wall will open. Save when you get in there and then click on the silver coloured block and it will be a lvl 40 Regice.
Catch it and have fun.

Go to route 126 and fight and win. Then go to route 115 and go into the cave. Use flash and press up, up, left, down, right, right, down, up, up. Then they will be right in front of you.
Note: It's best to catch them with a timer ball.
Bunny hops
When you get the bike, go on it and don't move. Now hold B and you'll start bunny hopping.
Easier level up
Get an experience share and put it on a pokemon you want to level up. Then go into a battle and fight with the pokemon you put the experience share on. The experience points you get at the end of the battle will double.
Get master and luxury balls
To get a master ball you need to go to Lilycove Department Store/Hideout. To get a luxury ball you go to the Abandoned ship.

Changing glitch block (Japanese version):
Go to the fifth city and Surf on the route that has a sign on the water. Next to it is a glitched block. Swim back and forth and it will change.
Battle without link cable:
Use a link cable, go into a Pokemon Center, and mix records. Come out and disconnect the link cable. Go to the person's Secret Hideout and they will be there. Talk to them, and you will battle them.
Mix records in the Pokemon Center:
Disconnect the link and go to the Battle Tower and battle. You might see a person that has the same name and Pokemon as your "Mixing Record" buddy.
