If you're hardcore player you have to to buy pro account really using paybal and i think it's 5 euro

Download Freecap via http://www.freecap.ru/files/freecap_setup_eng.exe
Install and then go to File -> Settings -> Proxy server is localhost and port is 1080
Add World of Warcraft and then play!
