help neede with the realone player

I just bought a laptop and i downloaded the realone player gold but i have a serious problem
because when i try to play any audio link from the net a message appears on the screen says that there is no connection with the server but iam connected to the net ( LAN connection) also i can use the browser in the realone player to open any page on the net but i can't play audio files
please help me in solving this problem

Did you register the program through the internet when you set it up with your email and password

mainly thats the reason or you didn't set it up correctly.

I could't because when I try to do so a message says that there is no connection so I canceled it

you may not have the full program

go to real.com and download the free program from there.

or may be there is a firewall on your computer or on the service provider that doesnt allow the program to connect to the registration erver.

Now
I did register with RealOne Player and I received an e-mail
I could play audio file but I have first to save it then open it from my computer which means that I can't listen before saving the file
I do't know what to do
pleas anyone help
