need help plz

slamo alikom,
i got windows vista x64 and i tried to install it under windows xp but it didnt work casue its win32 application then i tried to install it under MS-DOS but my drivers r NTFS so if i boot with startup disk i cant access to my drivers which r NTFS so does anyone get any idea how can i access to MS-DOS and be able to acces to my NTFS drivers and dvd driver?!

ohh and i tried to boot from the dvd i burned from win vista ISO but it stay stuck at black screen
