gateway problem in suse

Helllo everybody
i wanna ur help in this problem
i have connection from my isp by ips and gateway
when i assing my ip and gateway in linux telling me destination host unreachble
but when i used in windows its work fine So please i wanna helllp
my ip 212.167.148.*
my netmask : 255.255.255.248
Gateway : 10.128.36.129
DNS One : 193.227.177.130
DNS TWO : 194.164.120.38
So what can i do to resolve this problem Need help urgent
