i can not write arabic

can any 1help me i cant write arabic
the problem here no arabic on text services or reginal and languge
and i have cd but i dont know this cd i want or not and i dont know use
can i use the net 4 my problem or not
and how

put the cd (xp system) into CD ROM then

press start ...... settings...control panel...date,time,language.........

regional and language option..........

choose regional option

in location choose your country (arabian country)

next ( language) put true into install files for complex

next (advanced)choose your country and put true on

10004{MAC-ARABIC}

then put true on apply all settings to the current user

AND PRESS APPLY

but b4 that i bayed the com with 98
and all cd
than i was have problem so the man who sell com change 2 xp
after some years i got problem
any way
the man download windows aguin now than i cant wirte arabic
