well , as i said whats the best way or your way to sleep ..
because i have this problem since ages, i just cant sleep
everyday i spend hours just to try sleep ..
like now its 2:12am .. and i have college after few hours (7am) i
realy dunno how i will wake up
when i go to sleep i usualy go 10pm .. i keep thinking and thinking and thinking then i open my laptop and check my msn .. then i go to bed again and keep thinking and thinking .. then i watch tv while in the bed ..
but its dosent help at all ... =_=
someone told me to drink papongne tea but i dont think its will help me ..
for some reasons i dont have this problem when i try to sleep at the morning lol
at the end thanks you for reading , and by the way i dont know if this the right place to write this topic
i just cant sleep and bored hehe
