Harwick Homes has been building homes of distinction in Southwest Florida since 1986 and have completed over 150 homes in the Southwest Florida region. Rick Harwick, Owner and President, is a Michigan State University graduate and holds a state certified contractor’s license. Kathy Harwick, Director of Sales and Marketing, also holds a Florida State Real Estate Broker’s License. Harwick Homes works with a dynamic team of architects, designers and subcontractors to ensure uncompromising attention to detail that is reflected in every aspect of the home building experience. Harwick Homes has four full-time field superintendents and four customer service representatives which enable them to not only meet, but exceed their client’s expectations.
Harwick Homes has earned a host of national, regional and local commendations and awards, which include “Best in American Living” presented by NAHB, “Best of Show” given by American Institute of Building Design on the national level. Regionally, they have been honored with “Aurora” and “Grand Aurora” awards by the Southeast Builders’ Conference. On a local level, they have received “Pinnacle” awards including the Grand Award for product of the year and “Sand Dollar” awards including a “special recognition” award by Lee and Collier County Building Industries.
