It's something I've written during very bad times

What did you do

Why it is always you

The one that keeps visiting me...

after every moment of happiness

or peaceful day..


Dear Darkness...

You're always on my mind

when you don't show up early..

Cuz it's always you..

the first guest to arrive to my party..

I keep wondering why you're late...

and what kind of surprises you're planning..


Dear Darkness...

Your gloomy presence keeps me hiding

away from the world…


So you won't hurt the others

and save them from you..


Dear Darkness...

your friendship is just a prison

of pain and struggle..

The closer we get

The more you become my enemy...


Dear Darkness...

You're not dear anymore...

You kept me thinking of ways

to fight you...

As a gift for our long relationship


why don't you release me

What did I do to deserve you


When I flash the light of happiness at you...

You'll taste the pain you caused me...

I'll keep fighting you

'till you disappear from my life...


Farewell my dear friend...

I won't miss you...

Let me enjoy my life

away from you...

and likin' it

well, as i said at the beginning of the topic

it's been a very sad and painful time when i wrote it

that's why it was sad but i ended it with a bit of hope if you can see it there

and so far things are much better and let's hope it will stay like that
