كيف حالكم عساكم طيبين .... اليوم بحط لكم تماريني الي اغير فيها تقريباً كل سبوعين اغير كم تمرين فيها ...... وحبيت اطرح عليكم التمارين الي ماشي عليها :) اما الجدول فهو جدول اخونا بوراشد ......:أفكر:

اليوم السابع يكون يوم الراحة
هو جدول اخونا بوراشد ولكن فقط حبيت اذكر تماريني :) بالاضافة الى اني كل يوم على حسب التمرين في خاتم التمارين اعيد التمارين باوزان اقل ولكن كل تمرين جلستين :)
وعندي مشكلة في الصدر في العاب العبها بعض الاوقات في اليوم الثالث او الرابع اكثر شي :)
:)الله يحفظكم واذا في التمارين اخطاء او مشاكل لا تحرمونا من توصياتكم:)
