السلام عليكم
كباتن عندي سؤال عن برنامج p90x شفت اكثر من فيديو في يوتيوب عن البرنامج وناس كثير استفادوا من البرنامج ياريت لو عندكم اي معلومه عن البرنامج تفيدوني

لاماينفع..,, لان البرنامج يعتمد على تمارين اللياقة والكارديو لحرق السعرات الحرارية .,.,
بالاضافة الى تمارين الحديد ثلاث مرات باليوم لشد الجسم وتقسيم العضل .,.,
