- Sign-in into Xbox Live (Gold or Silver account required)
- Start the game
- In the main menu, go to ‘XboxLive Marketplace’
- Download Japanese voices package from Marketplace
- Go to options – Play Japanese Voices – select ‘Yes’
- Have fun!

We realize, that one of the most asked questions was “Will Naruto: Rise of a Ninja feature the Japanese voices?” And while that question has been asked again and again, we haven’t been able to respond until now that we have final confirmation. It is my great pleasure to finally officially confirm that Japanese voices will be available for Naruto: Rise of a Ninja in a free post-launch download. Here is a short list of some of the cast that will be lending their voices:
- Junko Takeuchi - Uzumaki Naruto
- Kazuhiko Inoue - Hatake Kakashi
- Chie Nakamura - Haruno Sakura
- Noriaki Sugiyama - Uchiha Sasuke
- Kujira - Orochimaru
- Akira Ishida - Sabaku no Gaara
The list above is only some of the Japanese voices cast that will be included in the game. So don’t worry if your favorite character isn’t listed above, the ENTIRE GAME will be in Japanese. This includes Story Mode, Fight Mode, all your favorite characters, the NPC Leaf Village characters as well as the anime cut scenes!
The final thing I’d like to point out, is that you do not need a Xbox Live Gold account to download this. A free Silver account will work as well, so don’t worry!
