This Is My First English Story I Ever Written
Named Tsunami's Twins
This story took place in a poor fishing village in Indonesia.
"I wish them to have a joyful life" Said the father.
"Me too " Said the mother.
These two parents were looking to their fresh twin happily, hoping to their twin a successful life, filled of weal and happiness.
No doubt that no one in the world knew about Tsunami catastrophe before it started, and also the two parents in our story.
Tsunami destroyed all the buildings near the sea, and also deluged many islands in the ocean, the people there were very astonished and no one could do anything.
Hundreds of thousands were killed in the incident, but the mercifulness of God saved the twin.
The famous disaster attracted the international awareness and the relief organizations all over the world. The twin, who we will call them Ahmed & Mohammed, were survived by a miracle. The relief organizations found them between death & life & tried to help them, but unfortunately, they were saved by different organizations, and here where our story begins.
As a result, each one went on his own life, facing the dangers alone, Ahmed, the older, entered the primary school, under the monitoring from the responsible authorities. He was so clever, so he climbed the educational ladder successfully until the third secondary. He got high marks & a scholarship, so he studied medicine & became a successful pediatrician.
Ahmed ran his life thinking deeply of his family." Is that true that I lost my family for nearly thirty year? Is that right? How did my father look? What was the name of my mother? Do I have brothers? What a life?!" Ahmed said to himself while looking at the peaceful sea, "Please doctor Ahmed, a patient is waiting for you" said the nurse. "Are you okay?". Dr. Ahmed looked to her slowly & answered
"I'm coming now".
On the other side, the second part, Mohammed, was having a horrible life. He entered the orphans' refuge, & when he became six he escaped because of the bad food & bad life style.
He joined a small stealing gang, and they benefited from his cleverness & improved his talent on stealing, so he became a professional thief. He also became the most wanted thief in Jakarta.
Both of Ahmed & Mohamed have the same feeling about the brotherhood. Each one draws a picture of a virtual brother telling him his pains and having fun sometimes, but as a matter of fact, no one knows about the other.
One day Mohammed & his gang were planning to the biggest criminality in the history of Jakarta. They were planning to steal the Central Bank of Indonesia by attacking the police station to get weapons to turn the awareness away from their main target. Then, an armed group will attack the bank from the main entrance, while other group will protect their back.
On the pointed day, the gang ran as the president said successfully. Firstly the police center, and then the bank.
Mohammed was managing the attacking & giving instruction to the three groups. Finally the criminality succeed & the gang hid on mountains. They were laughing in a silly way, but no one thought that the Special Forces were following them. They surprised them & killed many of them while the others were injured and Mohammed was one of them.
His injury was very deep. The ambulance took him to the central hospital where his brother Ahmed works.
Ahmed was having a normal day in his clinic while the alarm lunched "All doctors must go to the emergency section, twenty injured are in the way to the hospital"
Ahmed was in the accidents section in a minute, getting ready for any surgery. While he was preparing the materials for the first surgery, nurses entered the operations theatre pushing a man lying on a bed, which was covered with blood.
Ahmed started his task & tried to help the man who lost a big amount of his blood because of the bullets in his chest.
The man was between life & death. Helping him to survive seems to be fruitless.
The first injured man died in a few minutes. The doctors looked to each other sadly except Ahmed who was shocked & kept looking at the corpse's face. He thought that he was dreaming, he was looking at his twin brother's face.
