اعلنت مايــكروسوفت ان رئيس EA Chicago
راح يشرف على الجزء الثاني من لعبــة gears of war 2
وفي نفس اليوم ضهرت بعض المعلومات الاوليه عن اللعبه ولاكن لاتزال في قائمة الاشاعات
الى حين تأكيدها :
- اللعبه راح تستخدم محرك متطور ( Unreal 3.5 engine ) << اعتقد انها اول لعبه تستخدمه ؟ .
- 4 اسلحه جديده بالأضافه الى اسلحة الجزء الاولتمنيت تكون الاسلحه اكثر .
- اللعبه راح تكون ضعف الجزء الاول << مادري يقصدون بالمساحات او الفتره الزمنيه .
After the closure of the EA Chicago branch, it looks like the studio's former general manager, Kudo Tsunoda, has moved on to better things at Microsoft's Xbox division. The move comes with a mention that Tsunuda will head a new Gears of War game!
The move reunites Tsunoda with his former EA Vancouver colleague Don Mattrick, who was hired last year and who now runs the Xbox business under Entertainment and Devices division boss Robbie Bach.

Tsunoda's hire at Microsoft seems in sync with Mattrick's style. In October, Mattrick lured an even more senior exec from the EA stable--former Tiburon boss and EA's vice president of worldwide studios John Schappert, hired on at Microsoft to run Xbox Live.
