الصراحه كلمه شكرا قليله في حقك واقولك جزاك الله الف خير على مجهودك يا بطل.
ولو سمحت لي بسؤال الملف الاول حملته لكن لقيت جدولين P90X و P90X+ اذا ممكن الفرق بينهم.
والبرنامج الجديد P90X PLUS الفرق بينه وبين الاول هل هو للاستمراريه او برنامج اقوى .
وياليت تخبرنا وين وصلت مع البرنامج اتذكر انك حصلت نتائج حلوه لكن ما انهيت البرنامج طمنا عليك. ودمت بود.
