I just checked your account and I see you are contacting us from a newly created Battle.net account, so I imagine you are looking for assistance with a different account.
I couldn't find it in our records, but it would be of great help if you could provide us few more details!
Please reply to this ticket and provide the following information in a text document (.TXT file, e.g. Notepad file) as an attachment, along with a clear explanation of your issue:
- Battle.net Account Name: The current account name (email address) you are using to login -> of the account you are searching assistance with of course!
- Your Battle.net Secret Question and Answer.
- Name: The full name that the account was created with.
If you can't remember these details we will also require:
- A scan or digital image of nationally recognised photo ID, such as passport or drivers license (please do not include public transport cards, library cards etc, as these are unsuitable for our needs) as an attachment to your reply.
For security reasons, we ask that you do not write your account details in the main body of your reply.
