Although we normally don't answer questions like this through e-mail, Sonic and
Tails cannot be earned as secret characters in Super Smash Bros. Melee. This
was an April Fools Day joke that appeared in the April edition of Electronic
Gaming Monthly (EGM) magazine.
For future reference, our e-mail group's resources are focused on consumer

can find the help they need!
