The great lord of The Dark World Planet, he is the most strongest fighter in the planet along with Dark and Shadow Master... Silver has lost to Nightmare before gaining the powers from the Satan Stone, then he found the Satan stone in the middle of the lack which gived him the power that he always dreamed, he was transported to the earth by Shadow Master who used some magic powers to open the connection gate between The Earth and Dark World Planet... In the earth Silver has fought against some fighters but they were no match for him except for Xero the legendary warrior of the netherworld, Silver defeated Xero but he lost all of his powers, then he found a cave and trained there for years this cave called "The Evils Cave" there he met with Gaia, the battle had started but no winners can be decided both used their ultimate powers but nobody lost the fight... After some months Silver heard about "Darkness World Tournament" this tournament will achive 5 wishes to the winner no matter what is the wish, and if anybody won the tournament he will automatically will be the ruler of the fighters in the earth, Silver decided to enter the tournament, then he met there his 2 arch enemies Dark and Shadow Master. Shadow Master says that their planet were destroyed by a fighter named Gaia and Dark said that he met with Nightmare in the earth, which means all warriors from the others planets had arrived to the earth which made Silver happy because he want to prove for the world that he is the strongest and the only king of the universe, The day of battle is soon to come...

Silver hit his opponent with his knee which cause the oppoenent to fly up then he teleport up and hit the oppoenent with both of his hands which mad the opponents falls hardly on the ground.

Silver jumps up, somersaults and twists his body around so he can then drop down on top of the opponent with a solid boot to the head.

Silver release a projectile toward the opponent.

Silver rises his hand up then a dark clouds surrounds his body then whenever the opponent hit him he teleport to back of the opponent

Silver releases many fireballs toward the opponent then he hit the ground resulting a big explosion to the opponent then he stands up and charges then release a giant fireball toward the opponent.
MEGA BURNING FIST BUSTER
(Huh... Yaa... BUUUSSSTTTEEEERRRRR)
Silver shots the oppoenent and cause him fly then he teleport up and hit him down causing the oppoenent falls hardly on the ground which mad the opponent fly up again then he charges up and gives a very strong punch to the opponent.
ULTIMATE DARK KING ATTACK
(Hmm... Huh Goaa.. Goooh... Humph... Get Ready to... DIIIIEEEEEE)
Silver hit his opponent with rapid punches, kicks and knee attacks, then he he gives a strong punch which made him to fly to the wall then Silver charges at the opponent with giving him a strong kick in his abdomen, then he use both of his hands to charge some energy powers until its turn to be a very big fireball then he throw this ball on the opponent which cause a very big explosion.

Defeating Nightmare : Silver rises his hand up and says: "I will never die" than charges up

Your character looks great, but maybe you should give him eye pupils? (i'm guessing he's supposed to look like that, still great, though! 
) And I read what you typed about your character and I can tell that you put a lot of thought into this! You're pretty creative! Keep up the wonderful work!
