VIRUS BUSTER SERGE

INTRODUCTION:

Well due to a request of my good friend Serge I decided to write about Virus Buster Serge, it's another show of Masami Obari's shows, it's pretty good... I have the game for PSX, the game really sucks except for Omake mode which have Gallery mode and movies from the anime, or else it's really would be a bad game since you know it's an Card game... As for the anime it's far better than the game, well to be honest I didn't saw it really I only saw some episodes very long time ago, I just saw some scenes so these informations I got is from VBS's sites, so don't thank me, they need the full credits I just collected their informations in one thread.... Anyway let's get going...

THE STORY:
The story is intresting but not as good as must be but it's pretty good I like it, Gears, Viruses, Revenge...etc You will like it but it should be more than whatever it's because some of you might not enjoy watching it though... Well to be honest it's not that good but I just think it's ok to see if it's one of Masami's works... Many people didn't liked the story well they might be right because the story wasn't that deep... But Raven's story was not that bad... It's kinda good to see some gears, fighting and some super natural things... Well that's what I think about the story and don't forget I didn't saw it all so I just wrote about what I understood and have been reading past days...
THE CHARACTERS:
There are some good characters such as Raven my favorite character and one of my favorite anime character of all time, also we have a copy of the great legendary wolf Terry Bogard well not copy but he looks so much like our dear Terry Bogard, he is Marcus Alexander Bogard, notice his family name is Bogard hehe... Anyway he is cool if he were the main character in Fatal Fury I am sure he will be better though, well I am not surprised since Masami Obari is the character designer so he might take it and anything can happen with this guy... As for Serge he is mystery and have some strange backgrounds you will like the characters but for sure you will hate some little bugs... (Talking about Mirei...) I really liked their valuables gears, there are some really cool looking gears such as Gold Discoard, Halcyon Scarlet but the best of the rest is none other than Raven's gear and his name is Halcyon Black... It's really something different from the others, I liked from the firt look, or maybe because I like these kind of armors...
THE ANIMATION:
We all know who was the animation director... Yeah it was none other than the great artist Masami Obari... We already know how great is Masami's artworks, it's really amazing anf I can't say no.... always great but sometimes it's goes to be stupid just like Serge or Marcus, sometimes I can't say he is guy though, what's wrong with you dude!! Be a man! Anyway still the graphics are great, you will like it of course if you like Fatal Fury, Toshinden or Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer...etc you will like this one too... Well some people don't like his artworks but since I was FF's fan I have no problems with this one...
THE MUSICS:
There are some good muscis such as Raven's theme and Marcus I like them, or Serge's burning song, it's cool... And there are some other that sucks for real, generaly there is no much problem with the music, you can say it's great... Or maybe very good but not the best
STYLE:
I like the style of the anime, from scene to another, flying and fighting everywhere, it's pretty good as for characters style I can't say but I like Marcus and Raven's style, just watch out for Raven's actions and I am sure you will like him...
OVERALL:
Well I don't know what to say but I think it's pretty good anime, with cool characters and new story with some not bad musics, If you like shonen anime, you're likely to love Serge and Raven, and even if you aren't a big shonen fan, it's still worth a watch. Recommended... That's what my friend Scarlet think but as for me I would say give it try, you are not going to lose anything, at least it's better than some other animes outta there... But if you don't know what to take Fatal Fury or Virus I guess you should take Fatal Fury even though Virus have succeeded in Japan and it was popular though... Anyway it's up to you!
