Here is the story that turned to become a riddle...

I have a Toshiba Laptop, that has a PCMCI slot, I bought a USB 2.0 Cardbus to use it as in my laptop, everything is fine until now.... the problem that I faced is I bought an HDD hard disk case size 3.55
to plug it to the USB 2.0 and use it but the problem is that it doesnt't work when I plug it.. but it works when I plug the HDD case to USB 1.0 on the laptop I tried everything but it didn't work... also "the SAME equpiment" when I tried it on my friends laptop worked without any problem knowing that both of us have the same OS which is XP PRO
