I Need Urgent Help, Please

to all tablet Users
i need urgent help please
back few monthes ago, i had my tablet functioning really well untill i switched my OS from Windows Me to XP ..
i installed the driver of ma tablet but its doesnt work
i cant get the tablet options in the control panel and i cant adjust the pressure of the pen coz the Pen Luancher can not be opened ..
ma pen is working OK right now .. but i want to get a sharp edged strokes and that can be done only if i adjust the pressure settings of the pen ..


one more thing .. does anybody knows y Oekaki cant be opened in XP??


by the way ... im using Genius Wizard pen


any help will be greatly appreciated

انا عندي تابلت بن (قلم ضوئي) ويشتغل على الاكس بي بدون برنامج.. بس للحين ماجربت البرنامج... احتمال يكون البرنامج لا يتوافق مع الاكس بي.. فما يشتغل عليه... فلازم تراجعين موقع الشركة عشان تحصلين على الدرايفر اللي يشتغل مع الاكس بي... والله اعلم لأني ماشغلت برنامج التابلت للحين >_<


بالنسبة لمواقع الاوكاكي مو كلهم يشتغلون معاي... لكن اشتغل معاي في موقع اختي ريموسا (لاست انجل)... جربي موقعها.. وشكرا

بصراحة استغربت جدا من الموضوع لأنني مررت بنفس المشكلة بالأمس فقط !!!!
لكن ولله الحمد انحلت مشكلتي الان , شكرا للأخ العزيز مزم ..

الحل كما قاله الأستاذ شاهين عليك بالعودة الى موقع الشركة لتحميل الدرايفر لـ Genius Wizard pen حملت النسخة بالأمس وعادت الخيارات كما كانت من قبل .

هناك نسختان من Wizard pen هما 5X4 و 4x3 , حمّل مايتطابق مع التابلت الذي تملكه , ستجد ذلك مكتوبا بأسفل التابلت , بعد أن تحمّل الدرايفر افتح الـ Setup واتبع التعليمات

thanks for the swift response
i already have downloaded a driver compitable with the windows version that i use ..
i have a multi-boot OS i can get the pressure settings fixed in Win ME but not on the XP .. i get the error msg shown above at the end of installation...
despite this .. the tablet works .. but not as effecient as i want it to be

and the oekaki sites dont work with me .>< . when i open it .. all my windows in use gets closed ...



anyhow ..

فكرت المشكلة بتنحل بعد كلام الأخوة!!
لكن شكله الويندوز مالج فيه مشاكل , أو شيء آخر والله أعلم ...
في برنامج اسمه tune_up مفييييد جدا!! حتى بيفيدج بعدين!!
أنصح اي واحد يستعمله!! لأنه يكتشف الأخطاء بالويندوز ويصلحها! يعني برنامج مرتب!!

يمكن يقدر يحل مشكلتج أختي ... جربيه!

يوم تنزليه وتشغليه دشي على قائمة optimise and imrpove
بعدين tuneup system optimiser
ثم quick maintenance
ثم Start Examination !!
وبعدين بيبين اذا في أعطال بالنظام ... وبيصلحهم...

ان شاء الله تنحل هالمشكلة ...
